9/13/2010 Dr. Appointment

Not much more to report, other than the distance from the placenta to the cervix is now at a safe 4.3 cm. That means no more restrictions for Dana! Well, no restrictions besides the normal ones that come from being pregnant - like needing help getting off the couch :)

Dana had to have blood drawn, and had to drink a (not so) delicious concoction an hour before. So, we had time to tour the birthing center. This was really nice, especially for me, since prior to that I had no idea where I would even be going when the time comes! The only concern I have about the suites is that there's no couch! Where am I going to sleep? Oh well, I guess we'll figure it out when the time comes.

We got more ultrasound pics, but no 3D this time. The baby wasn't in a position that would allow us to get a good look. We'll get more frequent updates from here on out - our appointments will now be every 2 weeks for the next month and a half, then we're on weekly visits.
