Another appointment at the doctor, and another set of ultrasound pictures. This time, we got some 3D pics too, of the baby's face and little fists (looks like he/she wants to be a boxer!). The risk of placenta previa is going down - the distance between the placenta and the cervix was 3.22 cm. The doctor said it should be 4 cm, but was encouraged by the the fact that there was improvement from a month ago. The end result is that some of Dana's restrictions can be relaxed! She can slowly start getting back into normal routines, including more exercise and lifting more than 10 lbs. The next appointment is September 13, and we'll get another ultrasound. Hopefully things will improve enough to lift all the restrictions!
